Me's, either the Tablet of science that was in Enki's possession, or Enlil's Tablet of Destiny; the Tuppi Shimati. This was an amulet that was worn on the chest. The owner had knowledge and power over things to come. In one account Marduk battled Tiamat and Kingu for it, in another, Anzu steals it from Enlil. Ninurta (Ninazu) must defeat Anzu to retrieve it to Enlil, the King of the gods. It is also described as the possession of Ashur, the supreme god of Assyrian mythology. (Enuma Elish tablets I, II, IV; British Museum K 6177 and 8869; Bin Shar Dadme tablets I and II).
Enoch too was familiar with these tablets.
I am acquainted with holy mysteries,
which the Lord himself has discovered and explained to me;
and which I have read in the tablets of heaven.
In them I saw it written, that the generation after generation shall transgress,
until a righteous race shall arise;
until transgression and crime perish from off the earth;
until all goodness come upon it.
1Enoch 105;16
These tablets may have looked much like the Kohenim breastplate in which different sorts of stones are arranged like buttons on a panel, that was worn by the Jewish Highpriest, the Kohen since the Babylonian exile.

Perhaps in the original tablets, knowledge was engraved, or otherwise hidden in the crystals that were embedded in the plate.
Or perhaps they (originally) were buttons on a device of somekind.
