Near Death Experiences
The term "Near death experience" actually is a wrong term for experiences people are having while pronounced clinically dead or brain-dead. These people come back alive and tell the most intriguing stories about what happened to them in the afterlife. These stories are often explained away as the mind playing tricks on you when you die due to a release of DMT in the brain by the pineal gland in order to counter the fear of death. But that wouldn't comply with people having Hellish near death experiences. On top of that, all over the world in and different cultures and beliefs three common things occur in NDEs.
1) Consciousness rises above the body looking down on situation and ongoing events.
2) Intense positive emotions of coming home, universal knowledge. Want to stay in this unearthly realm of love and peace, but often choose to go back in order to learn more about loving relationships or important lessons they have to learn, that apparently can only be learned in earthly existence here on Earth. The phrase; It's not your time, you have to go back has to do with these lessons. Being in earthly existence is actually a gift, an opportunity to come down to earth to experience and learn.
3) People change into better persons, with better insights in universal matters but are not able to put these in words or even in physical thought. They all belief in life after death, have no fear of death, decreased materialism, seek loving relationships, change profession from jobs where they had to compromise their moral principles into healing professions and such where they can interact lovingly with their fellow human beings. People during an NDE go to other rooms in the hospital and see and hear what was going on, have 360" vision. Totally blind people, even born blind people have visual images during NDE's and describe them as a completely new sense that they had never had in their life. A basic scientific principle is that what is real is consistently observed. Settings may differ but principle elements are the same in different religions and very young children, to young to possess an understanding of the concepts of death, religion or an afterlife are having the same experiences.
Skeptical explanations like Hypoxia which is decreased oxygen in the brain are brought forth. But many of us have experienced hypoxia in our lives, due to shortage of breath or suffocation. When you're hypoxic you slowly have decreased consciousness until you have a low enough blood-oxygen level and become completely unconscious which is the exact opposite of what these people have experienced. When people are diagnosed clinically dead they are having highly lucid experiences without any medical explanation for it, that according to all NDE'ers aren't dreams or anything like a dream. Other than in NDEs, the flow of the experiences like Dreams, hallucinating, psychotic episodes and other types of pathological conditions is fragmentary. These NDE experiences were the same during all times and were often experienced by people who haven't even heard of NDEs.

According to people who claimed to have experienced the
afterlife while they were determined "clinically dead", your soul which is
you and looks exactly like you, only immaterial, is able to go anywhere in an
instant. It leaves your body when you die and you may be looking down on your dead body. You
can hear what is being said and see what is going on in other rooms, you know
what people close to you are thinking, you can hear their pain as a sound. You
may feel a presence; see a living radiant light that starts pulling you towards
it. Which is the breath of God's holy Spirit. You may find yourself
and others climbing a staircase or being flushed feet forward towards a light
through a dark tunnel; a roller coaster with loops going up and down and
left and right into the heavens. If you'd look back you'd see the darkness you
left behind you. You'll see stars, the universe an approaching sparkling
aurora borealis-like light engulfing embracing you with love, warmth and
acceptance like a warm bath and providing you instantly with
answers to all your questions. This is where you belong, you made it home. You might see
flowers or pets even, that you once loved or figures of light ensuring you that
all is well and you know they're doing great. A figure may appear to you from
the light, becoming the image you worshipped during your life, It may be a blue
eyed Melchisedek, wearing a turban dressed in green velvet and gold, it may be Jesus (who may very well be
the same ), and sitting next to him you may see a
bearded loving God the Father. Or somebody comes to you and takes you to some
sort of a temple-like room with no ceiling, wall or limits, but with the feel of
a room and no climate, where there are (lots of) people, relatives and
acquaintances waiting to meet you. These people may be naked but without sexual
characteristics, or radiantly clothed, beautiful shining loving energy everywhere. You may sit on an
examining table waiting to be judged, see the movie of your life. You might be
surrounded by 12 foot tall beings of light, who seem more like family then the
relatives surrounding you. You might see a beautiful ball of sparkling light up
in front of you, or a high mountain with a spiraling road leading to the top and
people going up and down on it and on the top is standing, like a Syrian
mountain man; Jesus, long hair and a beard, mentally asking you what at that
particular time in the movie you were doing for your fellow man. You'll see
clear moments of your life, presented to you as three dimensional pictures of
moments in your life and you'll know what you were thinking but also what the
people in it were thinking. Most deeds we are ashamed of are neither good nor
bad but a learning experience. Every one of us is always connected to, and one
with our source if we could get beyond our mind. You'll know that you are a
soul that came to earth to do some more stuff, that we have a task of finding
out what is the deepest way that we could experience being our self at this time
of our life, what does it mean to be me and my essence and to ask those
questions of myself and to have the courage to follow them so that what I hear
from the essence from the holy spirit is precisely what I do. You may be sent
back, jump back in your body and feel it thud while doing so. Having experienced
all this, people have changed into more idealistic empathic people with one goal,
to hold on to that love they experienced in heaven and by doing so enable people
near you to also find that Love and create heaven on earth, the blue little third rock from the sun
you were born on. We are in a great place of transition on earth, we are rising
into a whole new dimension. We really are ascending our spiritual bodies on
earth.
We come here by choice, It is all out of Free Will, not as victims but to choose, to study, to learn and to grow and on one level this is a wonderful theatre where we all play our parts and when our time has come, we leave. We are here to maybe change ourselves into better persons and doing so change the world around us for the better and doing so receive back the love you gave because you will reap what you sow and what you get is what you gave and what you'll find is what you were aiming for your whole life. We are here to share and to heal each other into the light. |
You might have committed suicide, or died in a hospital bed, by natural causes or by accident. You may have just faded away into a penetrating darkness feeling untold terror and know that if you would slip away you would never come back. You would want to stay alive and you'd feel yourself entering your body again with a physical thud and going back into the dark again. You might wake up in this place that was all white, just white, hearing a voice saying this is your eternity, or suddenly have been pulled down head first in a very deep dark, blacker than black bottomless pit with no walls, faster than the speed of light as if through a tunnel, You may have had your soul leaving your body and suddenly found yourself standing next to your bed and next to your spouse looking at a body lying under the sheets that looked just like you. You would yell at people nearby that that wasn't you but they wouldn't be able to hear you, You'd realize that it was you lying in that bed. You might hear soft voices saying; come with us now, come quickly. You would follow them and go through the doorway and everything would turn colorless gray dark and hazy and there would be people standing there and you would follow these people a very long time. As it kept getting darker and darker these people would become more and more hostile and start to fight you. There would be more and more of them and they would try to inflict pain on you because they derived satisfaction out of the pain they caused, tearing ripping and biting. You would try to defend yourself but there would be just to many of them, like a bee hive. They wouldn't look like monsters, or like demons. They would be people who had missed it, the point of being alive and being born in this world. They would be people who had lived lives of selfishness and cruelty and were now in a world where there was nothing else than that and they were doomed to inflict that on themselves and on everyone else. You might have come there through a tunnel of fire and smoke. As you looked down in this pit, this place of fire and torment, you might get lucky and fade out into blackness and find yourself on your hospital bed again, still hearing the screams in your head, smell the stench and feel the heat. If your not so lucky, you might fall into dark pit, into hot humid dense smoke coming out of the ground. Flames burning beneath you and you would smell the stench and see the smoke. You would begin to fall faster than the speed of light, you would experience a sulphurous type of acid burn. There would be people everywhere with torment on their faces, shoulders hanging. You would know you were in the presence of Satan. You would hear people screaming, groaning and crying. You would look down upon sort of a volcanic opening with fire and smoke and people inside it screaming and burning but not being consumed. You would begin to move downwards into this fire and begin to recognize people, that you knew before. They were crying; don't come in here, there's no way out. The depression would be so heavy; that there is no hope and the most painful part of it would be the loneliness, there is no escape, no way out. The stench, the smell would be like sulpher, like an electric welder, terrible. You would be in a place of death, You would have become death, you would have become fear, You would have turned into a being of fear, a being of death in a huge sea of people in formless being, screaming in agony. You'd look at someone and know everything about him in an instant. You would feel so much shame, guilt that you hadn't excepted the Lord. You would see the grief you caused with your behavior, even your suicide. You could look across the golf expanse to heaven and know that you would never be there. The flames about as high as a door and the souls above these flames, begging for water and wanting to get out. It smelled like burning flesh although no one actually burned up. Their tongues were hanging out, some of their eyes were hanging out of their heads and they were reaching out for help. You yourself might be split into seven, each one representing a stage in your life that is being examined. You would be out of your body and in Hell and you would know exactly where you were and would remember every time someone asked you if you knew Jesus. You might say; but I'm a Christian, I don't belong here and a voice might be heard saying; when I tempted you with worldly things, you stopped going to church and you chose me. You might be Jewish and find yourself in a world like ours with a sky above. You might see familiar people and others who passed away before, and try to touch them but you wouldn't be able to reach them, the more you moved to them the further away they were, like from heaven to earth. When you stopped trying to touch them they appeared close again. You might see the angel of death diagonally in front of you. You just know who he is, that he is part of God. Behind him in V formation would be avenging angels, maybe millions of them that you created during your life. He would look like a very tall man, all black and wrapped in a black husk. All the avenging angels are the angel of death himself. All the legions are one. They all are looking at him. The first legion, covered in eyes, eyes and more eyes, entirely made of eyes. They would yell at you; evil one, do you know who I am? The voices seem to go up through all the worlds in heaven, they know who you are and what you have done. He would for instance say; I am your son we are the children you created. A man who spills his seed creates children and these children judge him in heaven. They come to hurt and accuse him in heaven. The shame you would feel there would be hell in and of itself. The angels of the second legion are made of wings, you couldn't see their bodies, all wings and all black. They would yell at you; I am the Sabbath and the sound would come from everywhere. It would appear as if a scroll was opened in front of you and you'd see all your sins written in it. The third and fourth legion has a different form and size. They all have the shape of a human, the third legion has the face of a bird and represented sins like gossip. The fourth legion represented the forbidden foods you've eaten. There is lots of space but nowhere to hide in the afterlife and when you would try to run, little snakes would come out of the ground and try to bite you. You would be shown a moving picture of your whole life in a flash. You would accept your sentence but at the same time wonder how you could have created all these legions. Didn't you do any good deeds, where are they? Than there would appear like a book in which every persons judgment is written, each day of his life. Every night one's soul goes to heaven and signs the book. They would show it to you but you would have a hard time letting them open the book because you'd fear what is written in it. Then ministering angels may come to you and you'd feel a bit less ashamed. At the same time in the lower world, the first world, the world of the dead, you might hear someone saying prayers and calling an old sage; a holy man. The whole world would become enlightened with mercy, love as the sage would enter, and he would asked who you were. The legions would yell; he is a sinner, a sinner. This sage would take you back to the first world that is like a copy of our world. People may come and testify that you did good deeds to them. He might take you back up in heaven to the world of judgment. People that you did good deeds to would literally fight for you with the avenging angels. A young girl that died as a child but to whom you might have done a good deed would cry out and the call of that innocent would change things for you. While hearing the ferocious angry craving power of the fire of Hell that sounds like a ton of stone cracking at the same time; the anger of the fire, a great iron door might open and a giant man might proceed towards you and you'd know that you'd have to go with him into the fire. You would be graced concerning that because mostly people would go straight into the fire. As he approaches you might remember Sunday school, that the demons are afraid of the name of Jesus. You would begin to yell his name; Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, please Jesus. With the giant standing before you with his big hand trying to grab you, you would shout even louder; Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus!!! He would say; why are you saying this name in this place, stop calling that name. But you would go on; Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus!!! At that moment the hand of God, the glorious hand of God would grab you; your soul and put you back in your body; but only if you'd remember the name of Jesus. You might hear your own voice saying Pray to God. You would try to pray and these people would shriek and scream and yell every time you mentioned God. They couldn't bear you mentioning God. You would get on your knees and plead Jesus to save you. and in an instant you would be taken out of there to a place of pure Love and peace. Jesus is there in a very bright Light. He would say; Tell people that Hell is real and that I am the alternative. He has the most beautiful effervescent, luminescent, translucent eyes. He has a beard that is parted in the middle with ribbons, heavy eyebrows and has long dark curly hair, wearing a white garment, he looks kind of gold colored and would say; If you will serve me I will save you. God's hand would scoop you out of there and take you to heaven. If you could only remember. Make sure you remember. You might see an image of yourself as a child singing Jesus loves me and want that childish feeling back that you felt back than. So you'd call out for Jesus and he would come. First there would be a speck of light that got bigger and bigger. It would be Him and he would pick you up gently and as he touched you every infliction would go away and he would carry you out of there up to the light. People might have been praying for you and you would be lifted out of Hell by your neck. You might hear a voice say that if you would go on living like you did this was where I would spend eternity. Or you might find yourself before the judgment seat of God but you couldn't see him. You couldn't do other than internally agree to what was brought up and be sentenced to hell. A woman's voice might say; Son would you please spare his life. The Lord might say; Mother, he has been a priest for twelve years for him self and not for me. Let him weep in the punishment he deserves. But Son, if you give to him special graces and strengths and come to him in ways that he is not familiar with, and see he bears fruit. If he does not, than your will be done. Than after a very short pause He'd say; Mother He is yours. You see; Her son gave the human race to her at the cross when he said woman behold your son. We have an advocate in heaven, an advocate to whom God the Father and His Son and the Holy Spirit her spouse are unable to say no to. It's impossible to say no to her. Isn't that the kind of person we would like on our side. You might feel ashamed that you had been so bad and think that he had made a mistake because you didn't belong there but he would say; We do not make mistakes. He would show you what you had done right and what you had done wrong. When you had been selfish it made him and the angels unhappy; it made God unhappy. When you did good to people they were happy. The whole purpose of your life was to Love God and to love your neighbors as yourself, That was it. To do that or to learn how to do that. So you had to go back and you would tell them that you couldn't live without them. you might say; you've got to let me know that you are around from time to time. He would say; If you pray and confess your sins to God and give what you have, your hopes and dreams, everything to God that there would be times that you would know in your heart that they were there. You would feel the love again. You might say If you can assure me that at times I would feel this Love again that I could live in this world. They would say they would do that and with that they would sent you back. You would be sent back to this world but would be reluctant to go back afraid of sinning again. God might visit you repeatedly after that and explain that the anger that you felt towards Him, is not caused by Him, but by the way you experienced things in your life. You heaped all those thing on to each other. So you were releasing them on Him, but He is not your enemy, He is your friend. And should you begin to blame everybody in your life, He would only say; What did YOU do?...What did YOU do?...What did YOU do? He is not interested in what people do to you, He is interested in what YOU do, how YOU react. |
Hellfire is a craving to do evil things that come from self-love and love of the world, and since all the people in the hells have this kind of craving, when the hells are opened one can see something fiery, with smoke, the sort of thing one sees in great conflagrations. There is something fiery from the hells where self-love rules, and something flame-like from the hells where love of the world rules...It should however be noted that the people who are in the hells are not "in fire" - the fire is an appearance. They are not in fact conscious of any burning there, only of the same kind of warmth they felt before, in the world. Heaven and Hell 59 All evil and falsity are from Hell, that is, from the devil, for Hell is the devil. Swedenborg, Arcana Coelesta 4151 ...it might be known from the Word that angels are men, since those that have been seen have been seen as men; and the Lord, who took all His Human with Him, appeared in like manner. It might be known also that as angels are men they have dwellings and places of abode, and do not fly about in air, as some think in their ignorance, which the angels call insanity, and that although they are called spirits they are not winds.
