All souls will be drawn towards him from all around. This might happen by means of reincarnations, or directly at the end of times. From the outer darkness surrounding the source of Light they will approach him trough the rivers of (primal) water and the lake of fire, also called the Acherusian Lake, the hot energy surrounding him. This fire functions as Gehenna (Hellfire) or better yet; Purgatory where all lower urges and deeds will go lost, like dead leaves and undergrowth in a burning bushfire, and all godly accomplishments and attainments will remain on the way to the Paradise of God.
