These meetings are also mentioned in the Bible;

And there was a day when the sons of the gods came together before the Lord, and the Satan came with them.   Job 1;6 also 2;1

God has taken his place in the divine council; in the midst of the gods he holds judgment.  Ps 82:1 RSV

The sentence is by the decree of the watchers, the decision by the word of the holy ones, to the end that the living may know that the Most High rules the kingdom of men, and gives it to whom he will, and sets over it the lowliest of men.' Da 4:17 RSV

This Heavenly Council is presided by the Great father God; God the Father. The council itself is attended by the Elohim, the ascended souls that have merged with God as discribed in the Testimony of Mary.

These are not only angels or Gods, but the One God, one with the Parents and the Son in all things, heir to all the Parents possess. Those who partake of the fruit of this tree will never die, but will have the continuation of posterity forever, from world to world, endlessly. These will sit on the seat of power of the Elohim, using instruments of power, and they will be the Fathers and Mothers of worlds through all generations. Tesimony of Mary 2;7

Wicca (Witchcraft) also speaks of the fathers and mothers of the beginning.

Then Diana went to the fathers of the Beginning, to the mothers, the spirits who were before the first spirit, and lamented unto them that she could not prevail with Lucifer. (How Diana made the stars and the rain.)
