Ea; (water-residence as in Narayana, an other name of Brahma.) was one of the foremost gods of the ancient Mesopotamian pantheon and formed with Anu (Power or Spirit) and Ellil (Lord of the air) an important and powerful triad of gods. The center of his cult was the city of Eridu, where he was said to live 'in the deep', as a referral to "deep space". He is shown on the seals with streams of water and fish flowing from his shoulders. Since Abraham came from this area and the Jews lived here during the Babylonian exile, the name Yah (Lord) may very well be derived from the name Ea. Ea was the equivalent of Enki (Heaven-earth or paradise) “ Therefore I will go to the Apsu, and live with my lord Ea.” Gilgamesh epic 11;42
